Turf & Landscape Inc. is a full-service landscape company located in Sumner, IA. We provide installation of irrigation systems, retaining walls, patios, and plantings around homes. We also have a commercial mowing presence in NE Iowa.

Turf & Landscape located in Sumner, IA is seeking applications for General Laborers. Applicants are required to be self-motivated and willing to perform unsupervised tasks for a short period of time. Most job sites are located in the Waterloo \ Cedar Falls metro area, however rural northeast Iowa is common as well. Experience is a plus, however , not required. Future Foremanship a possibility. A bonus in pay with a Commercial Driving License. Benefits include; 401k, Paid Time Off Salary: $16.00-22.00/Hour depending on experience.

Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour

Crew Leader/Landscape Foreman 

  • We are seeking to fill a foreman / leader position. Must have minimum of 2 years experience in a foreman role, and general landscape experience beyond.
  • Must have ability to understand scaled plans, elevation, layout and general concepts to the landscape industry.
  • Must be personable and have the ability to interact with both clients and team members. Problem solving skills a plus along with a CDL drivers license. Willing to help train and partial compensate for CDL training. Must obtain a CDL within 4 months of starting the position.
  • Salary based upon experience and would start at a minimum of $50,000 and go up from there.
  • Winter months are very limited hours and very flexible. Usually around 2 days per week with no snow removal services.
